Monsters, Time and References?
So I got it for £5. Best £5 I've ever spent for games.
Story: It's interesting to say the least; You're Renko, a US marine sent out with your bud to check out Katorga 12, an old Russian island that was digging a new mineral that would of made Russia the victor during the cold war if not for it failing. But during your time there you save a man that drops an E99 bomb on NYC and Russia dominate. With monsters from the chemicals out and about and the Russians hunting you down, it's up to you, and old scientist and a young woman to change time.
Gameplay: AMAZING. First off it's like a horror game, setting the mood, noises and enimies are deadly. Then when you get the Singularity the game goes full out action letting you upgrade health, weapons etc. These weapons consist of shotguns, hand guns, assault rifles, sniper that slow time, a rifle where you controll the bullet and the singularity lets you blow off limbs, stop time, age people to death, turn them into zombies. Damn it's fun.
Graphics: They're okay. Not going to blow you away but not repulse you either.
Get this game. It was so underrated and should be seen as a hidden gem of the 7th generation.
