I start the game and the atmoshere has me nervous right off the bat. The sounds are classic creakyness and breathing with eerie wheezing and news casts about 2 fathers who murder their families A male voice saying look behind you on the damn radio. Then you see it on the screen. I said look behind you. No !!! The bathroom scare of her shutting it in your face was awsome. The first time you see her by the front door I freeze, the lights go out and I am actually to scared to go forward. Then she grabs you for what amounts to me as the greatest videogame scare of all time. It's perfectly paced to lead you on to a progressive decent into the madness. GAMEPLAY HOOK ---There isn't much in the way of actual gameplay but this helps because you are just thinking survive. While not being bombarded by menus and such. It works perfectly. Then like most people that played it you got stuck. Then the real joy takes over. I go in different chat groups and something amazing happened, something I hadn't felt since I was a teenager growing up in the pinnacle of the horror movie genre. The 70's & 80's. Everyone is just as scared and actually helping each other like we were the stars of the movie being stalked by a maniac killer ghost or something. To compare it to something that kids have now would be the Scream movies. It felt like we were that cast in Scream discussing what the hell we should and should not do. It was the same when I was a teenager and I loved it. Connecting generations of horror fans with this game. After seeing the ending and what it was just hit me like those movies did when I was a kid. Awsome and probably will never happen again quite like this because we will be expecting it now just like those classic horror endings years ago. Great job guys. You have truely created the interactive game demo you were looking to.
