What are you people on? This game is not Silent Hill!

User Rating: 1 | Silent Hill: Shattered Memories WII
Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, a "Re-imaging" of the first game. Well, they kept the characters, the town name, and the plot, a middle aged man looking for his 7-year old daughter, that's about it. Silent Hill is about fear, what is so scary about ice. The creatures in the first game were based off of Alessa's fears, oh wait did they even mention Alessa in Shattered Memories, no they did not.

Now for the characters. Harry Mason was either a womanizer, a drunk, or a caring father. In the original game Harry was just a carring father who was not dead (until Silent Hill 3), and would not leave his daughter behind in Silent Hill. Harry Mason in Shattered Memories lived in Silent Hill, was married to an 30-year old Dahlia Mason (originally Dahlia Gillespie, at the age of 60, and years where not treating her to well) who (depending on how you answer the questionnaire) looked young, and hot. He also had a 16-year old daughter, named Cyrl Mason (thank god for the name) who (depending on how you answered the questionnaire) was brunette. Cybl was also almost never blonde, or that caring.
Lisa Garland (one of the more important characters in the first game), was reduced to being only fifteen minutes of gameplay.

Also, who's bright idea was it to make the game so high price on the game, it is only worth $15, but they sell it for $50, that is a ripoff price for this game. so Gamespot, please change your ratings on the game from 8 to at most 4.
