Not a bad game actually but for sure not a SH Game.
Konami begun working on it as a new project.During the process of the game Team Silent added the elements of SH.
And that's why The Room doesn't actually feel like a game of the series.
Other than that..is not so bad. Henry Townshend,lives a normal life in South Ashfield.If you are wondering the game doesn't take place in the town of Silent Hill.
Everything is fine..until the day that he cannot leave his appartment!!!
The door is chained from the inside,and there's a writing on the door saying "Don't go out.Walter"..but what's happening anyways..and who is that Walter?..
You want to find out right?..
Game play: Honestly i've seen better.The Room lacks in that.There's an escort mission also,well kinda an escort mission and that's Eileen.Your neighboor.
And i say kinda..cause you can always leave her behind,near a whole.Let her there waiting for you while you completing your tasks cause Eileen even when she's armed she doesn;t manage to defend herself.And the ending you get depends on how much damage Eileen had during the game.
Another negative is that she'll slow you down.
Sound: Excellent..of course Yamaoka is the producer.
The Room is a bit boring.I say that because you have to play each chapter twice due to the two different worlds that Henry goes.And you won't face many differences in these worlds actually well exept the fact that the one is the "Nightmarish" world.
That's all i can think of now.
