This game is an original, DARK retro RPG for the snes, its a breath of fresh air and has quality gameplay even today!!!!
Basically you start off in what I would describe as a slum in the dark depths of a filthy, grimy place filled with the lowest forms of life imaginable, that includes yourself, you acquire a gun and a leather jacket and away you go, a talking dog is about your only guide through this investigative propelled storyline.
The gameplay is real time fighting and you can acquire a gang of up to 4 dudes of a mixture of mages and orcs and general bad ass pimp daddies, they all assisst you in maiming your enemy, in this game everybody hates you, people shoot at you all the time for some reason....The gameplay for its time is class, its dark and sinister storyline is compelling and being able to choose from a variety of characters keeps it refreshed throughout.
The storyline is cool, just a real underworld comic like storyline that is very creative and has a great deal of depth for a snes game, its difficult to criticise it as its not like your standard snes rpg of castle, young boy who is the 'chose one' and your primrose princess etc...
Graphics are'nt bad for the day....
The music is very good, suits the game perfectly, keeps the games theme well and is dark and sinister.
This game is definately one of the best snes games ever made, its funny how things advance but this game has tremendous replay value and keeps up the quality and playability value that comes with few games....original and complex storyline mixed with sinister plot equals one of the most unique and sought after snes games, excellent!!
