Pleasantly surprising

Upon completion of Shadowrun:Dragonfall, I felt it necessary to write a quick review because I was honestly really impressed with this title. I have played Shadowrun returns and I don't think I made it through the first campaign (the fact I can't remember suggests it wasn't all that memorable) but I do recall it was an interesting formula. Fast forward a couple of years and this (expansion?) title comes out. I'd just like to say that it is very good value for the price. I have bought countless games recently, some nearing a hundred bucks and they have been really ordinary experiences (this blows a lot of bigger names out of the water IMO). Dragonfall provided me with a fantastic 40ish hours of story, memorable characters and a generally enjoyable experience I couldn't put down. I loved the writing and decision making, I loved how you're free to make a number of very different characters. If you are a fan of these turn based games then I recommend this to you. Skip Shadowrun returns and just pick this up, you won't regret it.

I should also mention that there are a number of community made campaigns that can keep you playing for a lot longer should you fancy it. Honestly, for 15 bucks, this is excellent.
