Absolutely amazing how this genre of game has survived for so long...this semi reincarnation of the whole text based to crap graphics dungeon adventure really captures the atmposhere and puzzles from the old game books published in the late 70s and early 90s.

If your a fan of the Warlock of Firetop Mountain or such titles from the Dungeon Book RPG series then you'll be familuar with what this game is trying to do.

HOWEVER, like my review title suggests, this game kills you an insane amount of times! Its almost hilarious the fact you could die from looking at something or smashing a wrong mirror!

All in all a very good game puzzle wise and very nostalgic for me, as it brings back memories back in 1993 when my sister used to buy Games Books and passed them down to me when i got older...

It captures the magic, fantasy, atmosphere and sheer brilliance of the Dungeon Game Book series in all its glory. The only downside to all of this i would say is its a bit too short...and therefore no replay value, where as the game books always told a differant story every time you played them.
