Second Sight is a decent way to spend a weekend, but to say anything else of it would be too generous.

Second Sight is a decent game in all, but the problems take away from the kickass psi abilities you, John Vattic, possess.

The story...is weird. You a soldier in a special unit of the military who unknowingly possesses psionic abilities, including one power, that if I mention it, would give the story away to you. You can use Psi Blast (using psi energy to damage an enemy), Telekinesis, Healing, Charm (to persuade people or to sneak past enemies), and Projection (complete with the ability to possess enemies). And of course, you must you these powers to solve puzzles in your way.

The graphics...are VERY bad, let me just say that right now. Buggy eyelids, bony characters, ugly terrain, and cities with nothing surrounding them (I mean, it looks like the city is in the middle of a desert, nothing is visible outside the boundaries of the level, no skyline, nothing. The physics, while this is a psi game, are ridiculous. Boxes falling through the walls, bodies being stuck in walls, etc... And other annoying things, such as the sometimes stupid, sometimes 'OMG, HOW DID YOU DO THAT?' AI, the lack of difficulty upon earning the Healing power, the respawning enemies, the horrible aiming system that puts inanimate objects above firing enemies.

There is no replay value...at all. Seriously, if you beat the game once, you could get all the unlockables. All the cutscenes are unlockable...and the TWO SECRET MINIGAMES!
