This game is hard to describe, but "great, fantastic, unique" all work. You start off as an imprisoned lunatic with no idea of what's going on. You slowly learn who you are and why you're there through some fantastic flashbacks that eventually you get to play through, as well as present day moments that you unleash mental powers in. Strangely things begin to change, as your actions in the past effect the future, and reality itself changes before your very eyes in an amazing intense epic.

From the same team that created the TimeSplitters games, you'll immediately recognize the animation and graphic style of that series. Its fantastic and has a great sense of humour and seriousness, with crisp controls all around. Half of the game has you using weapons, pistols, rifles, snipers, etc, but you also learn telekinesis, ghostly imagery and more, and they combine into a great fantastic experience.

The characters and acting are also top notch, and you really care for your squad mates and want revenge for what's happened. The game is long also, surprisingly so, and will keep you on the edge of your seat all the way through.

Easily recommended for a unique action experience, with the only flaws being a few overwhelming tough points and no real replay value.
