After finishing several intense games; Doom 3, Tribes, Medal of Honor (all 3), UT2004; this game is supprisingly "FUN" and a nice change of pace! Scrapland's graphics are very nice at high resolution. Part of the game consists of flying about in various ships that you build as you find their plans, doing races and combat missions to win "bets" and get weapon upgrades as rewards. Another aspect is walking, running, flying through various enviornments as 1 of several "robots" doing tasks, finding plans, making money, and following the main line of the story. It has been said of this game that the gameplay is repetitive, but I think that it is less repetitive than Doom 3! Overall I have enjoyed this game so much more than many higher profile games, maybe because it is just plain FUN.
