It's quite a feat for a game to be this bad. In order for this to happen the stars must align on the same night (yes one night) that it must have taken the Arkansas team of developers to put this garbage together in a drunken stupor.

Everything about this game screams bad: graphics, collision detection, course design, sense of speed (or lack thereof), but mainly the collision detection. Good lord I actually drove thru an opponent at one point in a race, while on another corner i nicked a barrier and my car flew off the track.

This sort of exceptionally horrible design is inexcusable. The development team here should be banned from ever producing another title.
