Completely over-the-top and a total blast.
Presentation: You are the same character from the first Saints Row, years later and hospitalized in jail. Now you can be female and even give her a beard if you want. It's pretty much the same thing as before, take out the other gangs to own Stillwater but now the Ultor company -- the clothing company from the original Saints Row -- is now the boss of things and owns some of Stillwater.
Gameplay: It's fun and over-the-top. Sometimes you get annoyed from dying or getting arrested from a cop crashing into you but it's still fun to light people on fire while impersonating and officer of Stillwater.
Graphics: Not the greatest looking game but it's probably because there is soooooo much content in the game that it can't look as good as we would like it to.
Sound: Explosions, swearing, gunfire, headshots, car crashes, and swearing all sound very well-done.
Lasting Appeal: Have fun with friends in co-op. Spew sewage on the elderly with your friend. There's also activities that you may not have completed and appearance items to obtain.
