Squadra Corse Alfa Romeo is a 3D driving game that, unfortunately, has too little in common with the word simulation. The PC version of the game (released on both PC and XBox) retains the console feel. The menu is slow and it takes a lot to actually start driving. Also there are very few options available and, with that, very limited graphic settings. The controls are almost ok, but braking turns out to be an adventure all by itself. You can have some fun with the game, though it'll never satisfy the race driver in you. Another minus is the impossibility to set the point of view from inside the car, which is a major problem of Need For Speed Underground games as well. Finally, the information displayed on the screen during the races comes in great quantities and it's hard to keep track of, but it's useful at the same time. So if you sleep with your racing helmet on, don't spend your money on it. Though the best thing to do is downloading the demo and checking it yourselves. After all, I might be very wrong.
