Don't believe the hype! RuneScape is boring, ugly, and filled with hacks and noobs.
GAMEPLAY: The gameplay in RuneScape is pretty standard. You buy and sell weapons/items, you fIght monsters, you level up, etc. This could be pretty fun, but a few things really hold the gameplay back. First of all, the game is filled with weirdos who do nothing but play RS so they get to level 100 and call everyone else a noob. It's quite pathetic, you could be a level 30 or 50 and they will still call you a noob. Seriously, this game is filled with people who have no life so they try to make themselves feel better by insulting you. Also, the fighting is pretty bad -- you stand still and swing your sword around. Another flaw is the way quests are made. The quests are so stupid and pointless, I don't see how anyone could enjoy playing for an extended period of time.
GRAPHICS: Ugh. RuneScape has absolutely terrible graphics. Character models are extremely blocky, environments are bland and ugly, and animations are laughable. The graphics are so bad you can't even see your character's face.
SOUND: Nothing of interest here. Sound effects are retarded, there aren't really any voices. Basically, the audio sucks.
VALUE: This is a MMORPG, so in theory it should be enjoyable for a long time, but since the gameplay sucks right off the bat, you won't be playing RuneScape for too long. That is, unless you're a nerd who gets his kicks by calling people with lives noobs.
FINAL THOUGHTS: I don't see what all the fuss is about. RuneScape is so, so bad. The gameplay is boring, the Lvl. 100s are annoying, the graphics are garbage, the audio is pathetic. RuneScape sucks.
