This game would never stand out on it's own and win any awards, but Atlus did manage to make a fun (albeit short) game. From the opening game play, it reminded me of Capcom's Strider games as you attack w/ a plasma like sword. The graphics are nice and sound effects/music are in line as well. It's not a difficult game, but there were a few places that seemed a little challenging. The boss battles were always something to look forward to as they generally were very large and took up a good portion of the screen. Only complaint I have w/ this game is it's overall length. One could easily beat it in one sitting so the replay value is a little low. If you enjoy side scrolling slashers and can find it for a reasonable price I'd say it's a worthy addition to any SNES library...just don't go into the game expecting something new & innovating.
