It is certainly the best Rugby Game at the moment - RWC 2011 Official Game does not match this one at all.

User Rating: 7.5 | Wallabies Rugby Challenge PC
As i mentioned this is the best rugby game of all the rugby games on offer at the moment and in rugby game history. There are a few things one could do to improve this game but generally all round it is a fantastic experience and addictive.

The good aspects are many. In this game there are lots of teams from all different competitions around the world - around 98 teams and 31 stadiums. Even better you can create your own competition from scratch and even edit and create your own teams and players.

The game play is also good and bad at times - but certainly there is more good in it.
For one the tackling is realistic - however they should for the next game make a few more varieties of tackles and miss tackles, although there are plenty, it will soon become repetitive. The players look realistic - however because many of them are not registered you can change their names yourself.
I.E - For South Africa Bryan Habana will be Briam Havana which you should be able to identify and thus change.

Further more the AI is realistic and intelligent, opponent players offload, kick under pressure, and attempt to run around you if they are fast like a wing - or run directly into you like a prop.

Now the bad. Firstly the scrumming is not fun because of the timing gauge you have to press 5 times over to win the ball - this becomes boring, lame and a hassle that I actually turned knock-on's off to avoid scrums. The kicking is not very realistic in the process of the player kicking the ball especially with drop kicking which often does not appear to be a drop kick. And finally the kicking for poles is also a bad aspect as it is made to fine and often you can kick the ball miss when in other rugby games it would be a decent kick.

Often one annoying thing you have to get used to is the 'dummy' or fake pass to fool the defender. When they break your line of defense you fullback will try to attempt to tackle the line breaker, however on most occasions they will 'dummy' and as a result your player will fall for it too dramatically and run 10 metres away from the dummier and thus they will score because you wont be able to catch and tackle him before the line - this can cause foul language especially in a close game.

There are many extra features to explore - its fun to earn 'Rugby Dollars' to spend on clips of the makings of the game - you earn these dollars through playing matches and so forth.

To conclude:

Good:
-Realsitic tackles and game play
-Competitions - (World Cup, 4 Nations, 6 Nations, Super Rugby, Tri Nations, Pro 12 League, Heineken Cup, European League - so on)
-Lots of teams - including Germany, Uruguay, Spain, Portugal, and other non World Cup qualifying teams.
-Extra features - Rugby Dollars, training, so on
-Team and Player creator
-Editor for unregistered players

Bad:
-Dummy pass aspect
-Overuse off opponent offloads (On hard)
-Limited amount of tackles
-Almost all kicking aspects
-Sketchy scrumming
