Looking for a good stealth action game? This isn't it.
The graphics in Rogue Ops obviously wern’t as bad as ps2, but they were still pretty bad. They had no realism at all. The character models looked years old and their mouths would move before and after they spoke and thye would barely move when they did speak. They also tried to make the main character, a woeman, look sexy by doing a better job on her than the other characters. Unfortuantly for you horny guys, all you get are close ups of her butt. The lighting was terrible, which made it almost impossible to hide from the enemy.
The gameplay was alright, you could lean against walls, climb polls, and hang on ledges but a huge flaw in the gameplay was that you could not jump on your own. To do things you had to look around until you saw a target and then you pressed A. The game was basically planned out for you. For example, to get across a room, there was only one way you were supposed to go when you pick out 2 or 3 other ways to do it. The controls were kind of hard to get used to and they wasted some of the buttons. For example, pressing B will take out your weapon but so will the R button. Shooting is also a little frustrating, most of the time I had to zoom to aim at a target and its hard to hit a target without zooming. Moving around is a little frustrating as well, if you move the right analog stick left or right she will side step and that can get annoying if your trying to get away. She also prances when she runs and I've never heard of a prancing rogue agent.
To wrap things up, Rogue Ops has its moements but if you bought this game for 50 dollars then you wasted your money. If you want to try this game out go rent it. Its an average game and nothing about it is special, and unfortuantly you will get bored of it after playing it a couple times.
