Gameplay 7- Hailing back to the platformers of old, Rocket Knight Sparkster returns with a 3D remake. Is it your typical game of this genre- collect powerups and items for points- with a jet pack twist.

Graphics 8- While nothing spectacular, it's cartoony enough to be cute and full of charm.

Sound 7- Sounds fit in with the gameplay and the music is the kind that settles into the background rather than stand out.

Fun Factor 7- The game's difficulty tends to bounce around unevenly depending on the level, however it is still good fun to play through.

Replay Value 7- The game is short and can be completed in a couple hours. If working on leaderboards and replaying stages to get the best times appeals to you, there is decent replay to be had. The upfront cost of 15$ seems a bit steep and may turn some away. However overall the game is fun while it lasts.
