Rock music, oil slicks, and racing. The makings of a great SNES game has seen rebirth as an entertaining portable game for the GBA. While the music and the one liners will get old, the racing itself is addictive. Simple but effective weapons and keeping an healthy vehicle are challenging enough issues to make each race worth running. For the price of the game, it is a worthy pickup. It hardly has the value of something like a RPG, but it is good fun for a GBA racing game.
