Flashy Updates Can't Save a Dated Game...
The Plot: Evil Robots, Refrigerators with arms and legs, blue rings of death that birth alien spacecraft and even some octopus like (DUKE NUKEM) aliens drop in to crash the party on earth. You,a young man step up to the plate to defeat them with some mysterious weapon; it slowly fires yellow spikes that can kill any foe except the fridge shaped hulks. Its your duty to save your family and neighbors from these deadly invaders, maybe even a cheerleader of two so you can get some after the big battle.
Well Robotron isn't disasterous in its execution, its definately dissapointing tho. Its difficulty begins to soar off the scale at later levels and it really doesn't have many extra's to speak of,making it hard to recommend. I would suggest you pick up the far more impressive Smash tv, for the co-op experience and leave this ancient port where you found it. Some games are like a fine wine constantly getting more flavourful with age.... this just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
