Are you looking for some strategic fun on your PS2? Then look no futher this is the game for you!

User Rating: 9.2 | Robin Hood: Defender of the Crown PS2
Robin Hood:DOTC is a strategy/action/FPS game. Strenge genre huh? But it is really fun! You start off in Sherwood Forrest with a traditional robin Hood storyline 'take from the rich and give to the poor'. This area is sort of like training because it teaches you all the basics of combat. You learn even more later. But eventually you expand to fighting all of England. King Richard has benn captured and held ina far away land. Leaving the evil pronce John to take over. It's your job to bring King Richard back and defeat
the evil prince John so all of England can be peaceful and happy again.

The gameplay is the main attraction. You take turns and when it is your turn either an event will come up, you can attack and attempt to capture a county, raid an enemies county (You can either take your bow and attack a caravan or take your sword and raid a castle of the enemies.), Hold a jousting tournament, etc. Lotsa fun! The controls aren't that hard either. But the only problem is that it's really hard!!!

The graphics are pretty good. The character models are very well done and polished. Lotsa areas. So yea, basically the graphics are pretty good.

The sound is superb! They have all of the sound effects that you would expect from a game like this and more. The soundtrack gives a epic feeling and sometimes somewhat of a majestic feeling which fits the game very well.

This game will be in your PS2 for awhile most chance. It is highly addictive and extremely fun! So there is good replay value there.

Conclusion: Get this game!!!
