I finished the game and I still don`t know how can one get the acid gland and from what. Do I need a specific tool? From what animal or plant do I get it?

I`m kind of desperate...:(

I've finished the game as well and never found one of those. Not sure why, I had all the items to skin/cut/rip things off monsters. Might be a bug.

Not sure what tool you need but I think you can get it from the native tribe on Sword Coast.The gland you get from termite warriors.

OK, I found out! It`s all about a "ritual knife", but don`t ask me where I found it. Possible on Maracai. And yes, termite warriors have acid glands. This knife is also used to take eyes from crabs and spiders, ears from bats and feathers from the firebirds.
