how do i kick and parry?

i have the parry skill, i sometimes see the orange "CLUNG" while sword fighting, but nothing else happens..

and how do i kick?

You can kick by holding the block button, right mouse click by default and then press space. How to parry I haven't figured out yet :(

EDIT:

I found on gamefaq's how to parry ->You have to hold the block button and press attack as soon as the enemy swings at you.

He got the key right but you need to first pay to learn the skill from a trainer. If you d'ont buy them the key won't work.
