Harvest Moon (GB) Review

Harvest Moon is a relaxing and rewarding simulation of the simple life on the farm, combining all the things that made games like Tamagotchi and Pokemon such addictive hits and adding some charm of its own.

Harvest Moon is an unusual game. Instead of spending all your time blowing away mutant aliens or beating up everyone in sight, the objective here is to raise animals and grow some tasty crops on your farm. Your prized possessions can be traded with other players via the Link cable. Harvest Moon is a relaxing and rewarding simulation of the simple life on the farm, combining all the things that made games like Tamagotchi and Pokemon such addictive hits and adding some charm of its own. While this version features excellent Super Game Boy support, you're better off waiting for the Game Boy Color version.
