I've heard so many bad things about this game: it's awful, a disgrace and so on. Yet I love Resident Evil universe and I said to myself: why not? it's different from what fans expected from this game, but a bad one? You see a different point of view (Umbrella Corporation soldiers') and throughout the game you have to shoot zombies, right? It's not that bad.
The bad thing that I noticed is that the guns sound unnatural. I did not like that. There are portions of the game really difficult. Oh, there was chaos sometimes and the tension is so high that you just run for the next checkpoint in order to progress.
It's different from RE games. You have skills you can improve, but they are useless. Your team is useless too. Too bad the designers didn't give you the chance to lead your team.
Overall an enjoyable game. Not too deep though.
