You'll get a heart attack if you play with the lights off... A great horror game like no other!

It's a nice day at your own wonderland, ready to play the PS2. You decide to pop in Code: Veronica X, just to see if it is really what your friends are telling you about.

You start the game, watch a couple of cutscenes, and you play. Not too long in the game, you jump out of your wet underwear, run at the corner and cry like a baby. Too scared to play, right?

I don't blame you. RE:CVX is really full of in-your-face surprises and the typical horror stuff and all. That's when you realize that playing Code Veronica is a good-but-creepy choice.

Listen. Just set aside those fears, ok? It's a really fulfilling, zombie-blowing experience. The graphics are really nothing special. Really. Not really detailed, but considering this came out at the earlier PS2 years, it's what you'd expect really. I extremely consider the controls hard. If you aren't used to RE controls, you'll end up getting eaten by zombies quickly. But if you're an RE fan since the PSOne days, you'll probably feel at home. Good thing Capcom revamped the controls on its recent past outing of RE 4, but that's another story...

Anyways, as we go, RE:CVX is looking good just with the details. But but but... IS THE GAMEPLAY GOOD ENOUGH?!

Survey says... Yes. RE:CVX does a fine job of puzzle-solving-action-packed-creature-killing gameplay that makes you cheer for more. And even with the creepy creatures popping out from windows that give you tha\e shock of your life... Awesome.

Plus, the sounds are so realistic and scary, you may just wet your pants.

Overall, RE:CVX is as good as it gets...
