Resident Evil 4 is by far the worst in the RE franchise, not to mention overrated. Remember when Leon wasn't the male version of Alice from the live action films? Good times. If you're a fan of survival horror, this game will disappoint you. This game desperately tried to be something that resident evil isn't. An action game. The fans who enjoy it probably never played the first three games. I never understood the praise this game got and never will. RE4 fanboys act like RE4 isn't responsible for the direction Capcom took in RE5 and RE6. If RE4 was a flop ( and it should have been) the franchise wouldn't have been tainted. They turned Leon into an overpowered stereotypical prick but RE4 fanboys sure enjoy unrealistic action and bad writing so they don't mind it. RE4 Leon isn't even Leon. He might as well be a different character. #NOTMYLEON. I'm so thankful the RE2 remake did him justice. Take notes RE4 fanboys, RE2 Leon is the real Leon. The true Resident Evil is survival horror whether you like it or not.
