Resident Evil 4 is the best gaming experience I had.Simply, the best game ever created.
I'll start my review with graphichs, they're probably one of the best on PlayStation 2.Environments are well detailed, moody and dark which increases the fear factor.
Character animations are awesome too.Main protagonist is Leon S. Kennedy.
Man i'd love to be Leon.He's the best game character ever.He's cool,smart,tough and under certain circumstances very lucky.Leon knows martial arts, he really knows how to handle weapons.Leon has the best voice of all game characters i know, Paul Mercier(voice actor) has done an amazing job by giving Leon it's awesome voice.
Second thing you'll notice is superb weapons.RE4 offers you a plenty of great weapons from handguns over rifles to mighty rocket launcher and magnums.
Each weapon is unique experience and sound is perfect when you shoot.
Really great addition to RE4 is that you can upgrade your weapons and buy new ones from merchant in various locations throughout the game.
After you upgrade your current firearm you can purchase exclusive( unfortunately not for killer 7).
Gameplay is outstanding with few puzzles here and there.Now i'll talk about enemies.They're not zombies anymore and RE4 isn't scary as previous titles but i don't care cause the game is the best ever.Ganados are the new enemies and they posses some inteligence, they carry melle weapons and stuff.I won't talk about bosses- i'll let you figure them out.I'll just say boss battles are awesome.
After you complete the main story you'll unlock The mercenaries, Ada the spy and seperate ways.Also you'll unlock professional mode for real resident evil fans.There are five hidden weapons to be unlocked.
WARNING: this game is highly addictive. You won't be putting your controler after you finish it, i've completed this game for about 70 times.
Of course, I recommend this game to everybody.
