Resident Evil 2
*Gameplay 8/10
Improved from the original RE it has a fun gameplay and fits well. Nothing much has improved from the first, some helpful detail here and there like when your in danger statues you'll see your character struggling unlike the first original release (RE1)
It's also fun to have a chance to chose a character to start with and end up playing as other two characters depending on the scenario.
*Graphics 9.5/10
Big improvement, graphics looked better then the first and thankfully no more movie-like opening and ending which was original but this fits nicely.
*Sound 9/10
Character voices sound fine, the background music puts your mind in that situation, eerie. Nothing to complain.
*Value 8/10
RE2 is almost like buying two RE games, having two ways of seeing things. Not a big difference from both sides but I guess it makes it all more interesting.
-Beating the game in a certain amount of time can unlock you weapons, an extra short scenario playing as Hunk.
-Getting extra costumes and finishing both scenario's
-There are neat things to check out here and there especially for a RE fan.
RE2 is one of the most respected RE games along with (RE1,3,Remake, Code Veronica) keeping it all Resident Evil, it offers all the things the original gave you just better.
