Resident Evil 2 (1998)

One of the best in the series by far

I first played this game on the N64 and it was definitely the right choice. I had an expansion pack and was greatly improved over the ps version.
I was hooked immediately, just from the look of the box.
I never played the first one before and this was infact the 1st RE title i heard of. I'm glad i started with this one because to this date its still one of my favorite games ever.
Capcom did an amazing job, giving you a real nice sense of darkness, isolation and scares. The musical score was perfect for the game and really added to the 'dead' eeriness. Being able to play Leon/Claire A or B, Arrange mode & unlockables added good replay value to it.
Resident Evil 2 gave you exactly what you would want to expect from a Survival Horror and more. In my opinion, its the game that made the Genre so big today.
If your a Horror fan this is an absolute MUST.
