Yes it old but its still the best Zomibie Killer in the Business with its predecessor!

Like many people who remember Resi 2 as the slightly brighter yet just as atmospheric as the first Resi but with slightly better voice acting it was one of those games you loved instantly and wonder how the series has fallen so far so fast, Resident Evil 2 will forever be a classic with cool enemies that only need a shotgun or several in tems of the licker round to the head to show their appreciated and for those who remember MR X who enjoyed just appearing through a few walls and you jumping out of your skin with only a hand gun and 2 clips.

Also Resi 2 (like Resi 1) gives you the oppurtunity to tactically think out what weapons to use when facing certain enemies in certain levels for example killing several zombie cops with a magnum is brilliant fun (I was one of them and I laughed) and then a face a boss who kills you because you wasted your ammo (which of course caused me to restart the game because I hadn't saved and thought ah f**k), the puzzles are relatively simple to complete and if you make a mistake you can leave the area for it to reset.

Graphics for me were never an issue with this game for me and if you love the 'Classic' Resident Evils that paved the way to the so called new generation then this definitely should be amongst your collection, so Capcom if your going to churn out Resi games please go back to what it originally was a Survival Horror which made who think and *start of rant* sure the new ones have sharp graphics and all that, but turning an elite cop to roid monkey in Resi 5 and a sort of cool rookie cop turned emo supposed bad ass in Resi 4 WTF is going one Capcom? sort it out right now PLEASE!!*rant over*
