Still A Fan

As much as I love the changes to the series made by Resident Evil 4, I am still a fan of the old school game play. Of course there are some changes here also. Not least of which is the ability to just leave items and come back to them without searching for a stupid save chest.
The biggest switch would be the playing of two characters at the same time. This is a good addition, and ends up adding depth to what is otherwise very familiar gameplay.
The graphics are excellent. I always liked the gamecubes graphics. Given that these could hold up to the first games on the new generation of consoles, I feel my love was justified.
Controls are tight and responsive, and the camera never felt like it was trying to fight me.
In short, this is one hell of a good game, that I am happy to recommend. The 30.00 price tag is way more than I ever want to spend ona used game. However, I am a huge fan of the franchise, and did not leave dissappointed.
