Good try.
The graphics are nothing to groundbreaking they could have definitely be improved, the characters look very soft and some (nice guy eddie) look very odd, as for the rest they arnt bad, blonde looks like blonde, orange they tried he dosent look terrible,blue i like his look,white should have looked more of a badass but he still looks good, pink is ok nothing special and brown,even though you dont see him very often, could use some improving.
The blood in the game is rather blocky when it hits the walls but when you shoot someone a satisfying blood cloud emerges.
Overall graphics need some more work but if graphics are the reason you wont get this game, your a graphics whore.
Sound.
Sound on guns i personally loved and cops and innocents sound really good when being tortured they dont sound like robots when you smash their face into a table or a vending machine, the voiceovers are rather rushed but ultimately average as blondie sounds good as they got MM's likeness and voice as for the rest they are quite nifty considering that almost half the cast is dead. The thing that really puts the score up for sound is the soundtrack, its beautiful, listening to classics such as "Little green bag" and "stuck in the middle with you" for all those memorable moments in the film.
Gameplay.
Gameplay is essentially fun but may depend on how you play through the game and your preffered style of play, you can do levels professionaly, taking hostages and trying to minimize kills, this can get boring but it is rewarding when and if you complete the game with the pro ending. Most of the fun lies in being a crazy con man just shooting up people unless you need them and even then you shoot them, this can also be rewarding in the long run. Driving missions are fun but can sometimes be tricky if you suck at driving (me). The conversations in the driving missions are also amusing at times.
overall.
Overall this game trys to create that feeling that we all felt in 1992 in the films release, it dosent fail exactly as the characters, the music and the bad language all bring us that warm feeling inside. I liked this game and enjoyed it until it came to its end, the game was to short, but it has some replay value.
If you are a fan of the film i recommend this for a quick buy.
