I agree with most here, I bought this game for cheap (5 dollars) and expected a bad game because of the review but I liked fishing game in general and wanted to give this a try. Took me 3 weeks since I first saw the game to play it and after getting my 37th fish, I am now rating this game as a "C" game. The fishing gameplay is alright, it has different ways to lure your fish that can keep you entertained and several photo scenes that lets you switch at an instant. Also, a plus is that it gives you bonus awards if you fish more then what is required for the next stage. The bad thing about this game and what keeps it from being so good is that there realy isn't a variaty to struggle against the fish. ALL fishes act the same way when they get hooked and so the only thing left to do is to use the same buttons and directions to fight against the fish. What i'm saying is what the gamespot review is saying, the fish don't act randomly. The only random event during a reel is if the fish is tired or not. By the way, I play this game with the sound off while i'm watching my movies and it serves its purpose.
