Awesome, open world game that does the Red Faction franchise justice

This is a very good game that finally lives up to the promises that the first Red Faction made of total world destructibility. The story is contrived, but fits. All the positives will be apparent to you once you play the game. I gave it a 9 so needless to say I really do like this game. That being said, I would have liked a split-screen multi-player. I am a soldier who is deployed frequently. We do not have access to X-box live most of the time. Also I would have liked to hit the left trigger in combination with the right trigger for an auto aim. That being said, the sledge hammer and weapons in the game are cool, but what happened to some of the weapons from Red Faction 2? Granted some of those weapons were gimmicky, but they were fun for multi-player. It was also fun to have a number of bots to scrimmage against in multi-player to hone your skills for the real battles! I like the fact that there are chests scattered throughout the levels to replenish, but miss the hidden ones from the first Red Faction. In RF 1 when you saw a certain marker on the wall you knew that if you destroyed it you would get a cool weapon. I do like this game a lot. I just would really like to see all of the positives rolled into one, great, game.
