For its time, it has nice gameplay and storyline. Worth checking the bargain bin for.

User Rating: 8.5 | Red Dead Revolver XBOX
Though it shows a few bugs when playing on the 360,
this game overally satisfies what you expect for a game of its time.
Though those bugs may appear because of disc damage, don't know for sure.

There are better, newer games out there,
but if you're feeling nostalgic, I suggest getting it while you can.

The gameplay is catchy and simple,
though sometimes annoying when having alot of guns on you.

Its interesting to see what an array of guns exist, as I presume a big part of these actually exist.
Just as its fascinating to see how one pistol can differ SO MUCH from another.
It gives a deeper feeling on choosing your armory when you have the chance.

The savesystem, I like.
When you finish the game, you keep all the collected guns & upgrades.
The game becomes close to a breeze when having your Scorpion on you all the time.

The Dead-Eye is something unique I haven't seen much in other games, even today!
The application of the Dead-Eye pool on other characters is interesting, though abit unrealistic and unoriginal at times. Just as that, except for Red, each character only gets played for one or two levels. If more then one, its always after the first one.
Doesn't give a satisfieing feeling when finishing such a level, but only raises focus on Red himself.

Dialogs are mainly one-way. No developed conversation, as some other games.
Upside is that the story remains easy to follow.

As said before, worth your time. Just a shame old xBox game don't have achievements.
But RDR has its own set of rewards for finishing (bountyhunter) levels.
