A game that is a combination of Street Fighter and Looney Toons.

User Rating: 6.5 | Reality Fighters VITA
Howdy folks. As a new person on the PS Vita, I could say the Vita is amazing as is. But before the Vita was released, I saw a trailer of this game. A comedy fighting game. It looked fun as is, and I can agree it is a fun game; even for a child.

Now getting into the game; the thing I can be easily impressed by is that the combinations that you can make from your own character. When making first; you have to have a picture taken of your character. It uses face reconition to reconize the eyes, cheeks and the structure of the face. It can be a bit difficult to make the face, including that you need light to make the face reconizable. The player has the choice to use the front camera for themselves; or use the rear camera on a friend. Not only

The customization is nice, having a body stucture and to have many clothes, hair, accesories to choose from. You can pick about 3 different styles of weapons; like vehicles, specials and other hand held weapons. They can arrange from a Spartan Sword, to a Train; and it cracks a smile on the face on using some of the weapons avalable. There are about a dozen martial arts, and even some of them are funny like "Zombie" or "Ballet". But then again, looks can be deciving when it comes to styles. The styles have little combos, and have simple punches, kicks, and throws. Each style has super powers, limited from 2, but each style has very powerful moves.

The game play is simple, place where your characters want to be and begin fighting. It has super power bar and a health bar. If the character's power bar goes blue entirely, they can do the first critial move, which is listed in the fighting list. If the bar goes orange; you can pick from 2 critical moves. You can pick 2 first critcal attacks; or the second critcal attack; which can do more damage and emptys the entire bar.

There is few game types on the game; from a quick fight, campain, survival and time attack. Quick fight is pretty much a fight with any character you like; including a cpu verson of yourself. Campain is when you fight all of the characters; with the story of you trying to be a master, with many steps ahead. Survival is when survive as much as you can from all characters. Each time you defeat a character, 30 seconds are added each time. You lose by time expiring or when you get beated up. Time attack is when you have to destroy obsticles that appear from left to right. Some of the time, specific obsticles show up and you can't destroy them or you'd loose points.

Now, the pros.
-Making your character with your face
-Customizing your character with many clothes, styles, and weapons
-Make anywhere your arena
-Have fun with anyone outside and online with your and their characters
-Little lag with in game play when it comes to online gameplays
Now. The cons.

The biggest flaw on this game is how easy the game is. All you have to do is spam buttons and if you know some of the special moves and critical moves; the CPU's in the game rarely block and you can easily attack them. In the result of this; the story is easy to do, even with the further you go. It took me about 2 days to finish both modes of Story Mode.

Touch game play can be a bit difficult, if you do not know the controls on the Vita. If you are a person that is use to button mashing; stick to the buttons.

Internet connection is good on game play but when finding one on decent connection takes a long time. It takes about a minute to find a player.

Cons:
Easy gameplay/story mode
Touch gameplay controls can be a bit difficult
Connection is bad when finding players.

Other than that; Reality Fighters is a bit real with the unique features. It's a good game for a child up; but for an adult; they might like the multiplayer and the Survival Mode better. The decent graphics and the fun customizations give my choice a 6 and a half. With a fun fighting game like this, you can say it is a mixture of "Street Fighter" with a comedian side of "Looney Toons."
