It's Rayman 2: The great escape but in 3D
I really had a blast playing this game, even though this is the second time i play it, it still managed to keep me interested throughout because of all the crazy fun and clever platforming that it offers. All in 3D!!!
Dont know how many years have passed since the Dreamcast version but to be honest i didn't remember much.
Story and characters were good. Anything that cracks me a heartfelt smile or two is beyond a 5.5 for me. Gfx and sound are also decent for my tastes.
Replaiability is good, plenty of stuff to go look for.
3D in my honest personal opinion is also pretty rad. It just makes the game feel fresh and i didnt turn it off for a second.
End of the day Rayman 3D doesn't offer anything new apart from 3D but it's still a really good port of one of the best platformers of the 90's and despite the years that have passed it still manages to feel dated on this specific handheld device.
