Fun at first, but after a few levels it get's pretty repetitive. Rampage World Tour was actually more fun.

This game isn't masterpiece, in fact it's far from it. During the first level (Las Vegas) it's pretty enjoyable. But nothing really changes throughout the game. The graphics are impressive, the controls are good, it's got some humor, and it's just fun to play when your in one of those sort of wacky moods. Like a fifth grader coming home with his friends on a Friday afternoon. But if you play this game nonstop, you just want to scream shut down your PS2 as fast as humanly possible. The characters are pretty fun to watch though. They all look really goofy and some of them don't really look like monsters. But some of them look like something Andy Warhol would come up with in his sleep. The best thing about Rampage is actually that it has Rampage World Tour in it. THAT'S AWESOME. Wolrd Tour is actually more fun than Total Destruction. It's more realisitc, there's more variety, it's just a more enjoyable experience. Overall, Total Destruction is good, but definitely not great.
