For some weird reason this title intrigued me, I knew nothing about it but yet I still wanted to play it, I don't quite know why though. Sony had it on sale for one dollar so I figured what a good time to play this game so I decided to buy the game and you want to know what I thought about it? lets read on.

Story:Basically the story starts you out in a world where it is always raining and their our strange beasts out to get you, their is no explanation as to why until you continue to play further in the game, The main character is a nameless boy that also meets a nameless girl who are hiding from this monster who is after him, their is no rhyme or reason to this occurrence until later in the story which I will get to soon. The story so far for me was very intriguing being thrown into a world and not knowing anything that was going on made the beginning of the story all the worthwhile for me.

Presentation: This game's graphics are beautiful and not because of the actual definition of them but because of the art style, they look absolutely perfect and are perfect for this games tone. The soundtrack is mesmerizing, it' absolutely perfect and a joy to just listen to, and again works perfectly for this game, it makes the games story come to life. The presentation is perfect.

Gameplay: The gameplay is basically just getting away from certain monsters in the world, the way you do this by going under overpasses where the rain doesn't fall so you can't be seen. As you go on their our more puzzle mechanics that you must use to get away, and they work perfect in this game. When it comes to this games gameplay all it really is based on is hiding and that's it, but it's done well and it's enjoyable to play. The gameplay is simple but it's a joy to play

(Spoiler Alert) As the game goes on the world around you is disappearing and you have no idea why, you start looking for your house and when you do you find both the boy and girl sleeping in their bed, basically what I am getting from this is that this is all a dream, but it's hard to say they still don't really explain what this is supposed to be. When they do wake up the boy meets the girl and everything ends happily but this is where I have questions, They make no mention that this was a dream, so I thought throughout the game that maybe this was some sort of purgatory and at the end it almost made me think that they moved on from purgatory into some sort of paradise, but I don't know maybe it was just some sort of dream, but they don't really explain it that well to you, but besides that it's a good ending.

Overall Rain was a good game, in fact this game was on sale so I got it for one dollar and that dollar was more then worth it, their were a lot of elements that brought this game to life and I think anybody should try this game at some point.
