A nice little RPG, if you don't mind button mashing..
The graphics are nice and the color palette is very colorful. The locations are not as detailed as they could of been but at least they are not ugly.
The music is above average but the voice-overs are great. The sound effects are very well done as well.
This is a typical action RPG in which you level up and gain more powers, you can also recruit all sorts of people if you do certain things or talk to them at the right time (there's a night and day effect). This is game is fairly short for an RPG. I was able to finish it in 25 some hours but there's a path you must choose in the storyline. You can replay the game using the other path if you wish. This game is also very easy in some parts... some boss battles will give you trouble but other than that it's pretty much a cakewalk.
The story is nothing to write home about, but it's somewhat interesting. If you need to play an RPG and you've played everything else... give this game a try. It's a good little game.
