RIP: Strike Back gameplay is old-school and arcadish which is great for instant action play, some missions allows you to control a tank, turret or helicopter which relates to Nintendo games like Battle City. Although the whole point involves plain simple shooting action, it brings in a little RPG element to notch up the addictive factor. You can earn experience and upgrade the character with common skills like enhanced firepower, speed and armor.
For replay value, you have 3 characters to choose from who have slightly different skills each, like poison aura, freezing or vampire abilities and these variations allow replaying all 60 levels refreshing enough using each character (I preferred Death, his dodging ability makes the game easier). Anyway, t'is a fun game when played at short bursts, making it perfect for those 20min breaks between lessons or work.
