a review of quakeworld (basically a multiplayer quake) not quake. in such a game who cares about single player anyways?

a) after 15+ years QW is still the best FPS in terms of deathmatch multiplayer - tactical depth, balance weapons system and maps, incredible physics and sounds, addictive fast gameplay
b) greatest community ever
- many tournaments annually (including LAN parties)
- reworked graphics with high resolution textures, improved sounds and code for modern times (check out nquake w/ easy to manage GUI and more extras)
- little to no dumb trolls, people are actually very nice and helpful
c) for high level play this game requires serious skills (very steep learning curve), so if you have no talent or patience than you should stay away
