Radical is in the Activizion studio somewhere, because they have another stress relieving video game for us!

User Rating: 9.5 | Prototype X360
For those of you gamers out there who think graphics are what make video games go 'round, this probably isn't a game you would want to pick up. It's not to say that the graphics aren't bad. Hell, they could be three times better then Saint's Row 2. And even that was a great game. But unfortunately they aren't on par with GTA IV or RE5, because when it comes right down to it, the people who got this game (like me), got it because we love video games that we can play when we are really angry (Sorry I was reading some of the low rated reviews for this game and all those losers could complain about is the graphics, honsestly!). The Graphics are great, when you compare the level of diversity the developers slapped into this game. It still amazes me how they could've possibly rendered so many people on the ground at the same time. The sandbox is huge, and the upgrades and combos are nearly limitless. You have a whole arsenal of weapons and special abilities that you can customize to your own liking. It's fantastic. One thing that kind of bothers me is that some moves were definitely stolen from Activitions previously released title of Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, and the game feels and plays quite a bit like the final release of the green monster. But nonetheless, this game is a whole different experience.
You play as Alex Mercer, who wakes up in a Morge with no memory and the ability to change his form, typically, it's a virus but of where it came from or how he managed to obtain it he has no idea. He soon figures out though that the city of New York has been strewn into chaos, with the parasite virus running amok and infecting civilians. Your job as the main Protoganist is pretty much to figure out who the hell did whatever they did to you, if you catch my drift. But they way you go about figuring it out... needless to say... is hella fun.
There were a couple of things I found annoying, I don't know if it's my xbox or the game but on rare occassions my game would freeze before the end of a cutscreen (Main story wise, not when you consume someone... as you will find out if you decide to pick it up yourself a copy). And something as a word of advice... play through the game on easy... because if you do normal, you just might get a little pissed off toward the end. But that's just preference. I still enjoy it, and I'm saddened that I can only play it for 4 or 5 days before I ship out to BCT. But, its a game I definitely look forward to continue playing in the latter of months. Prototype gets a 9.5, for sleek combat awesomeness.
