Great action game. But the story isn't much.

I played the first Prototype game and I was impressed and when the second appeared I couldn't wait to sink my teeth in it. Well, first of all I can say the game worked flawlessly and New York was perfectly recreated. you are now James Heller and ultimately you must save your daughter and the town from... guess who? Alex Mercer himself, the main character of the first prototype game. In order to ultimately defeat him, your character must acquire some powers and in order to do that you must solve different tasks around the world. Your powers augment and therefore you'll be able to do it. You can solve the tasks or you can simply roam town and practically kill mutants. The story is not so interesting as the one in the first game and sometimes you can get bored with the requests of different characters. Overall, Prototype 2 is a playable and enjoyable game, though it's got its flaws. ..............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
