I keep buying and exchanging b/4 the refund date is up b/c I freak myself out (never opened the box). These problems should be resolved. I tried to talk to the 800 # and they are LAME or think they are funny. I asked a question about the disc drive (Ben Q? and copper tubing) and they told me it was topsecret. All they wanted or could assist me with was executing a return ticket. They couldn't answer any tech question. All they are "programmed" for is sending out tickets for repairs. Sorry, that was mean. Is it getting wet yet?

How can you make sure the disc doesn't get un-aligned and rubs? Is there a warning of some kind? Can you tell right when it happens or do you find out after the damage is done?
