It's just a sticker... kind of stupid, thought it would've been a sweet 3d molded plastic piece. Meh.

Sucks for you, but all you really need to do is call back and get a different person. I've had multiple instances of customer service refusing to refund money.
Stay calm and rational. Call back and get another person. I got refunds for the MCC after their (still) ongoing debacle. Got a refund for the Telltale GoT season pass after their game ruining glitch of your choices not carrying over.
Don't ever accept that some low level peon "just cant" refund your money. They can, they're just refusing to.
I never give MS my bank card, every single thing I purchase I get prepaid cards from the store and load the money on manually.
And christ, how the hell has Sony earned ANYONE'S trust enough to allow them access to your money? After years of horrible security you'd think you people would know better.
And that's why MS has always charged for Live, folks. No, they're not immune from hacks, but how often do they really affect you, and how often has anyone lost money?
TouchPads simply don't work. No matter how good they claim (or you think) this touchpad is it will never compare to a device that gives you resistance.
Mouse or analog stick, you NEED resistance to aim accurately otherwise you're inaccurate as hell. Im sure you've all played a shooter on your phone. They're absolute trash; your fingers sliding completely across the screen, having to constantly re center yourself on the "touchpad".
That's how this controller will work, and I feel bad for any of you that think it has any chance of being useful in its current design.
Ever shoot a firearm in real life? Standing up, chances are you can't hit the broad side of a barn because your aim is terrible. You have no stabilization/resistance. Your arms waver, your breathing affects the hell out of your aim. But sit down with a rifle at a table and guess what happens?! Your accuracy increases hugely, because you've got a stable surface to support your arms and rifle.
Same damn thing with this controller. Whether you like a mouse, the Xbox or PS controller, the simple fact is they work best for aiming because they offer resistance.
I don't care which game you like, the same is true for movie releases. When a movie is bad and the studio knows it, they don't have screenings for critics so they won't garner bad reviews. More people will be willing to take a chance on it opening weekend. The same is true for video games. Having played the beta extensively, I'd say EA is doing just that. The beta was very unimpressive. I'm sure the game will be decent, but they're still afraid of negative publicity so they're holding back review copies. Sorry, BF fans. I don't have a vested interest either way (BF or CoD) but it looks like BF3 will fall short again.
Coruscant, you know what's bad about PSN? Everything, pretty much. It's cramped, confusing, and generally unappealing. But enough about your mother... Ha! No, really, PSN is just not as good as Live. Make all the comments you want about paying for it, but it's simply a much better service, both in aesthetics and function. People complain about price: I paid $36 (including shipping) for a 13 month card last year. That works out to $2.70 a month. If you REALLY can complain about that little tiny amount (you probably waste more money on fast food or terrible music CDs) than you have NO business buying $60 video games.
Again, whether it's the 360 or the PS3, who the hell cares? Facebook is for sluts. You want to be a Facebook slut, fine. Just stay off my system. I wonder if either MS or Sony will let you NOT download this, much like you don't have to download Netflix on Xbox. It's there if you want to use it, but you don't waste space if you couldn't care less.
