o and running cfw is not an illegal activity, therefore im not breaking the terms of use.
its what you do with cfw that can make it illegal.

It should usually say in the manual but I don't think I could find a way to delete the data when I had Catz so I just sold it with the data on, give the next person a helping hand lol
Well I'm 20 now...but I'll be 21 when it comes out. I don't think it matters how old you are, if it's a good game, its a good game and theres nothing more to it, also there'll be a slight feeling of nostalgia when people play this game after playing the older one on the N64 when they were younger.
Hah, thats hilarious. They don't want you to play it because of the sex related stuff and swearing...nevermind the mindless killing, carjacking etc.
If you're old enough to buy it yourself, then just go and get it...if you aren't well you shouldn't be playing it anyway, and your parents are doing the right thing. There are plenty of other great games to play.

played other gta's and my parents didn't mind those. and most of the other games i want are comeing out later this year. MGS4 is keeping me busy.
