I like that Blizzard does this.Toxic behavior isn't only for MOBA's either. I'm a Hearthstone player, where you normally cannot chat with your opponent, instead only able to express one of the 6 emotes the heroes have. Wanna chat with someone after a game? Gotta go to your "last played" and send a friend request. Experienced players basically don't accept friend requests from recent opponents, because most of the time you'll receive hate messages and then be un-friended, which makes it difficult to report someone. But, you know, sometimes Hearthstone players like myself are streaming and have a replay of that toxic behavior to show Blizzard.Obviously I couldn't be told what actions were taken on the other person's account, but I did get a pretty swift reply. And I do know Blizzard does actually punish players for such things.
