Bought a PC gaming rig recently and so I seem to be up to date as far as recommended settings are concerned. That said even on recommended settings, not the min settings. Famerates are still up and down.
Todays console's could never handle a game on this scope and scale. Console's simply don't have the ram nor the processing power, nor the graphics card to handle such a game.
